I believe good marketing should do more than just look nice. It should drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and create a journey that actually makes sense for the people moving through it.
 

I've spent my career building demand generation engines from the ground up, the kind that are data-informed, repeatable, and built to scale. That has meant generating $1.2M in new revenue in six months at Stratosphere Studio, growing a supporter base by 406% at Northeast Maglev, and improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates by 83% at Sandler. The results are different every time, but the approach is consistent: find the gaps, align the teams, and build systems that keep working.
 

A big part of that work is designing acquisition strategies that connect marketing and sales. I've built programs that combine sales-led outreach with intent signals, personalized messaging, and trigger-based campaigns so the right prospects are engaged at the right moment in the funnel. Increasingly, that work includes deploying AI agents for prospecting and nurture automation, using machine-driven workflows to personalize outreach at scale, prioritize high-intent buyers, and reduce the manual lift on campaigns without losing the human judgment behind them.
 

I care a lot about the full funnel and how users move through it, what slows them down, and what helps them take the next step. But I care just as much about the people doing the work. The best marketing teams I've built are ones where people feel supported, heard, and empowered to grow. When the team is in a good place, the results follow.
